The Family Suite offers the ideal accommodation for a family mountain retreat. With the open loft concept mom and dad keep an eye on the kids while having their own privacy. The main floor allows the children to play in a spacious area with 2 double beds, TV, mini fridge and microwave. Mom and Dad can relax in the upper level loft with their own private TV and king size bed. Great place

Great place loved our view even though it’s on the hwy still was great. Perfect distance between town and the snow hill. Few things need work the bathroom light fell a few times ( was held up by paper) and the stair railing is super loose but other the that it was a good stay

Front desk staff were great. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were great after our days snowboarding. Tandoor restaurant was great as well. Only area to improve was the room cleaning. Bed was made but some dirty cups not cleaned. Overall will stay there again.

There are three beds but it is not a three bedroom. It is one bedroom with a bed in the loft. We stayed in June and we could not cool the loft to a reasonable temperature.

The hotel is a bit run down and not all amenities are up and running. The hot tub and sauna were under repair, the pool was chilly and the games area was not welcoming. The rooms and hotel were clean and the staff were amazing. The food at the restaurant was good but the service was very slow. The proximity to the Fernie ski hill was such a bonus with a less than 10-minute drive.
