Great home that is cozy and has great amenities. We enjoyed the space for a quiet girls weekend for meditation, crafty and self care. The kitchen was a great space to cook family style meals and dine together. Great views of water and nature, would have liked access to the beach. The hot tub was an extra perk! Overall a great weekend complemented with a nice comfy space.

Bright, clean, quiet and modern. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time we visit. Our little grandson came over and loved playing on the outdoor play gym and swings.

House was amazing. It included amenities for every member of the family. Great views in the front and back yards. And the house stocked with just the correct amount of equipment and supplies. And it was the perfect location for a quick getaway. Would definitely love to stay at this place again in the future.

This house was the perfect accommodation for my family. My daughter loved playing on the playground and with all the toys and books they had available and we loved the hot tub and water views. Very clean and well equipped! Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

Just what we needed. Very cute, clean and cozy. Beautiful decor. Very relaxing. We were able to golf on the cute and well-maintained par 3 course by paying the guest fee.

Great house for families!

Beautiful location and plenty of space for our party of 5. Very kid friendly with all of the toys and the new playground being built. The full size toiletries in both showers and items like dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent and trash bags being provided were such nice touches! Amazing hosts, great experience!

Peaceful, elegant, getaway

We had wonderfully serene stay over the New Year holiday while visiting family in Ferndale. We arrived late and the home was heated for us which was really kind. There was even an adorable decorated white Christmas tree.The house is new, bright, immaculate, and well appointed - lots of games and books for all ages. The kitchen had all the necessities, including spices and olive oil. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee in front of the picture window taking in the water view. The home is in a more remote area so takes roughly 15 - 20 minutes to get into Ferndale and Bellingham respectively. Our host was very responsive and granted us a late check-out when requested. All in all a lovely stay at a lovely property. We hope to make this our regular stay when visiting family. W

Weeklong Christmas Family Time

We had a wonderful stay visiting our daughter who lives in Bellingham. Our son also joined us for a great family Christmas. The Beachside Cottage was very clean and comfortable and accommodated us all quite well. Even though we had rain every day, the scenery out the front windows was beautiful. Our host, David, was great and answered all of our questions. We intend on coming back soon.

13/10 would stay here again

The hosts were super communicative through the whole process of check in, check out, and even seeing how our vacation was going! We loved how quiet it was and adored the smell of the salt air with the sound of the calming rain. While we weren't lounging in the house much since our trip was to see Taylor Swift, we enjoyed the few hours when we got to just enjoy the property. Our group has already discussed wanting to come back to stay next year for a more relaxed vacation where we would get to enjoy the house and property a bit more. 13/10 would reccomend.

Quiet waterfront getaway!

My husband and I along with our daughter, her husband and their 2 1/2 yr old son. Weekend celebration of my husband’s birthday. House was very clean, open floor plan, view of Lummi Bay and beyond on one side and golf course in the back. Dead end street and very quiet. Kids room was perfect for our grandson with awesome books and toys. Small playground a short walk away. We went up to Birch Bay State Park to the beach and were happy to bring the sand toys from the house. We’d love to stay again sometime! Thank you David and Annie for sharing with us. Debbie and Jim

Great location, clean and well stocked property!

Had a great time staying for our daughters wedding nearby. Water views were wonderful, kitchen stocked with more items than typical rentals. Thank you for accommodating our family, we'd love to stay again in the future!

Serene stay by the water

The location was nice. One house next door, golf course and water on the other sides. Quiet neighborhood. Waking up to the breeze off the water was relaxing. House was clean and stocked as advertised. We would stay again!
