Ficamos uma semana no Flats do Cuca e tivemos uma ótima experiência. Os flats são novinhos, bem equipados e têm tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável em casal. A localização é na Vila do Trinta, quase ao lado do Restaurante Varanda. A rua é sem calçamento e fica atrás da rua principal, então é uma região bem tranquila e silenciosa. Uma observação sobre a localização: o Restaurante Varanda fica praticamente ao lado, mas não recomendamos o restaurante pela experiência que tivemos. Isso, porém, não interfere em nada na qualidade ou localização do flat. Gostamos bastante da estadia
