Great property great location. Make reservation reservation early same day is challenging with european self check in. It is slow real slow first time with different hotel made reservation at 1400 dident get checkin codes until 2340. Lucky this time another renter showed us ho to get in. Got check in instructions an hour later. Wont use self check in for same day reservation again didntreal slo

Self-check in machine did not recognize our reservation nr. and no one on the phone number answered. Fortunately a janitor helped us out and was able to check us in. Stay was good except for check-in.

Avoid, avoid avoid!

Avoid like the plague, spent an hour last night stood outside trying to check in, took 5 phone calls because they suddenly don't speak English when you need help, then today I find they billed me twice for the room, phoned them and they didn't care less and said it will take a while to issue a refund, Anjali at Hotels.com rang them and got it processed immediately, most unprofessional hotel I have ever booked and certainly did not justify the expensive rate

Pessima!!

Ah, capisco! Grazie per la precisazione, è un dettaglio importante che cambia la percezione dell'accaduto. La situazione resta ugualmente grave e inaccettabile. Un ospite ubriaco che molesta gli altri è un enorme problema di sicurezza, a prescindere da tutto. Ecco la recensione modificata tenendo conto che sei un uomo. Questo rende l'episodio ancora più surreale e sottolinea la totale mancanza di controllo nella struttura. Opzione 1 (Modificata e Dettagliata) Titolo: Esperienza da incubo: Igiene pessima e sicurezza inesistente Testo: Il mio soggiorno è stato un incubo, da sconsigliare a chiunque. La tenda era invasa dagli insetti e la pulizia generale lasciava molto a desiderare. Ma il problema più grave è stata la totale mancanza di sicurezza. Alle 6:10 del mattino sono stato svegliato da un uomo, palesemente ubriaco, che bussava con forza alla mia porta. La cosa assurda è che mi ha chiesto se ci fosse una ragazza. Nonostante il mio "no" e l'invito ad andarsene, ha continuato a bussare più volte, creando un disturbo inaccettabile e facendomi sentire a disagio e insicuro. Come se non bastasse, al momento del check-out l'ho rivisto mentre si aggirava con fare sospetto sotto i balconi. Appena mi ha notato, si è allontanato.

Diese Unterkunft ist unnötig kompliziert. Man erhält ein E-Mail mit einem Online-Check-In. Falls man dies im Vorher macht, kann man vor Ort nicht mehr selbst eine Zimmerkarte programieren und MUSS anrufen! Auf der Unterkunft-Webseite ist die Adresse nicht erwähnt, man muss dies separat suchen. Beim Check-Out, erhält man wieder eine E-Mail und der Kiosk fragt nach einem Check-Out. Beide sind überflüssig und gehen nicht. Man muss die Karte einfach einwerfen und geht. (Falls unsicher, muss man anrufen / vor Ort gibt es keine Hilfe) Auch: in einem unserer Zimmer hatte es keine Hand- oder Badtücher. Eigentlich waren die Zimmer super. Das Check-In und Check-Out hinterlässt aber ein bitterer Nachgeschmack...

Der Check-in war eine Katastrophe – das Gerät funktionierte nicht, und wie viele andere Gäste mussten wir über die Hotline Hilfe holen. Dank der freundlichen Dame am Telefon hat es dann geklappt. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber modern eingerichtet. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Für eine Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung.

Es war furchtbar. Der Check In hat lange gedauert. Die Telefonnummer war nicht verbunden. Das Zimmer nicht geputzt und das Bett bereits benutzt. Auf die Kontaktaufnahme über Hotels.com hat das Hotel nicht reagiert. Auf die Rückmeldung von Hotels.com selber warte ich noch.

gewohnte Qualität, wie man sie auch von anderen Meier-Hotels in Vorarlberg kennt. Klasse Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail, geschmackvoll, sauber, hell. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür. Das Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie war klein, aber fein. Es fehlt ein Schreibtisch oder eine Laptop-Ablage. Anstatt dessen eine Couch, was für Urlauber vielleicht angegehmer ist. Die Dame vom Hauskeeping/Motelmanagerin fragte beim Vorbeigehen (obwohl sichtlich in Eile), ob der Aufehthalt angenehm war und ob alles gepasst hat. Ja, es hat alles gepasst!
