The stately high rooms are provided in the style of the villa with real wood flooring and stucco decoration. This creates a pleasantly harmonious contrast to the modern comfortable furnishings of the living room and the cozy, fully equipped kitchen. A small, fine bathroom with floor-deep glass shower and toilet complete the apartment. Whenever you want, a seat in the garden, framed by evergreens, awaits you. Here you can relax, dream, read or be enchanted by the soft sound of the trees and the twittering of birds.

Feel yourself at home! We provide the full comfort in your holiday home, because it is important to us that you feel comfortable with us all around. In 2014, the 50 square meter apartment was renovated and completely re-equipped in 2015: In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking and eating - from corkscrew to cake forks to cooking utensils. A fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster meet all your needs for the technical equipment. The cozy and inviting seating area overlooking the garden invites you to enjoy a delicious meal and to relax. Here you can relax after a busy day on the comfortable sofa. In the exclusively furnished living room you can expect a modern box spring bed. With the integrated electric motor, they can separately set the head and foot ends separately in different positions for each lying surface. This comfort allows for relaxed reading in bed and a restful sleep. The comfortable height of the bed guarantees easy entry and exit. From the comfort of your bed you can comfortably watch TV and finish the day in the most pleasant way. The newly designed bathroom with shower and toilet meets all your needs. Of course you have a hairdryer and ample storage space in the built-in bathroom furniture available. Incidentally, we offer you for an additional charge an optional linen package, as well as the possibility of using a washing machine and dryer. Of course you can also use the laundry room to dry the clothes in the garden. Garden furniture is available in the privacy-protected, cozy seating area in the garden.
