Villa Deu Quarterades

Villa Deu Quarterades is a lovely, spacious and comfortable farmhouse with a large garden and a fenced pool which makes it perfect for families with young children. This Villa also features a second sitting area on the first floor leading to a covered roof-terrace with views over the pool to the sea. The outside is a wonderful, relaxing and private space with well kept lawned gardens with some Mediterranean plants. Here you will find plenty of fruit trees which include pears, figs, olives and almonds. This beautiful country house is located in a quiet area close to Cala Ferrera and Cala D’Or, approx. 20-minute walk to the lovely beach of Cala Sanau. The sandy beach Cala Ferrera is about 1.3km away. Cala Ferrera centre offers some shops, restaurants, cafeterias and supermarkets. Cala D’Or resort centre is around 2km away and offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques.
Due to local energy saving initiatives, Air conditioning is available and timer controlled for use overnight and during mid-day peak heat hours

Fabulous Finca

Lovely villa in a beautiful location with breezy views to the sea and hills and villages at night. Car necessary - too far to walk with shopping, also main bars and restaurants about 30 minutes walk (although Cala Ferrera probably 20 minutes). Short drive to supermarket, shops at Cala D'Or, marina and lovely Porto Petro. Kitchen and downstairs shower just a little tired, but overall a very comfortable villa. Air conditioning on a timer (7pm-7am and 12pm-2pm) which cannot be altered, however the villa is quite cool inside. Mosquitoes were not a problem at this location. Villa owner very friendly and helpful, as was the representative at Solmar Villas who handle the bookings here. Many thanks.

Fabulous villa luxury all over

Great place to stay car is essential 5 minuets to beach and restaurants could walk but hard in the heat. Lots of beaches to explore and friendly locals.
