This very attractive villa is set in a quiet and private location with far reaching countryside and distant sea views. The cosmopolitan Cala D`or, the Vall D`or Golf course, are within a few minutes easy drive and the beach of Cala Sanau is approx 1.5kms away (15-20min walk).

A very special feature is the impressive and uniquely designed swimming pool surrounded by comfortably furnished sun terraces. The impressive gardens have spacious lawns for children to play on, exotic palms.

Spacious and comfortable villa

There were 6 of us staying at the villa, so we had lots of room to spare. The villa is well equipped and comfortable although the layout of rooms/bathrooms may not be ideal. Ground floor: 2 x twins with ensuite, plus an additional loo and shower First floor: master bedroom, twin bedroom, double bedroom with ensuite, further bathroom The furnishings and decor are quite old fashioned but this isn't a major problem as hopefully you'll spend most of your time outside. The pool and jacuzzi (not heated) are great, as long as you don't want to swim lengths! Good sunbeds and outside space, although pool area is shaded in the afternoon meaning you have to move the sunbeds (first world problem). Outside table for meals is great. We didn't use the dining table inside once during the week. The location of the villa is excellent: 15 minute walk from Cala Sanau, which has a great beach bar/restaurant, but the beach gets very crowded. Ten minute drive to Cala d'Or and the excellent Eroski supermarket. Five/ten minutes to S'Horta and Calonge villages where you can find basics such as supermarket, bank and chemist, etc. Overall, I'd happily go back to this villa and the area having not been there for 15 years. It's more crowded now than it was but still offers a great family holiday.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in einer traumhaften Kulisse

Wir hatten hier eine unglaublich tolle Zeit in einer sehr grünen und gut gepflegten Anlage, mit einem weitläufigeren Garten, als man es von den Bildern her vermutet hätte. Besonders liebgewonnen haben wir den Hahn, der sich auf der Anlage aufhält und immer mal wieder zu Besuch kommt. Innen war die Einrichtung traditionell und einfach gehalten, aber sehr stilvoll. Außerdem war es sehr sauber. Die Anzahl der Badezimmer kommt einer größeren Gruppe sehr zu Gute. Probleme hatten wir nur mit dem Gasherd, es wurde uns allerdings schnell geholfen. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum. Wir haben hier eine kleine Trauzeremonie gefeiert, die schöner nicht hätte sein könnnen. Mit den Palmen, Olivenbäumen und Pinien sowie der schönen Finca als Kulisse kann ich mir keinen besseren Ort für so kleine Feierlichkeiten vorstellen.

Familienzusammenkunft

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen in der Nähe der Cala sa Nau (20 Min zu Fuß/Parkplatz) und der Cala Mitjana (nur zu Fuß 15 Min). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat einen tollen gepflegten Aussenbereich mit einem riesigen Tisch für 12 Personen, der angenehm windgeschützt liegt. Im Innenbereich waren alle Zimmer leicht in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Küche eigntet sich für tägliches Kochen auch für 10 Personen. Barbara war im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes eine hilfsbereite, freundliche Gastgeberin . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Perfekter Urlaub auf Mallorca

Die Finca bietet viel Platz und einen tollen Pool. In der Nähe gibt es zwei schöne Buchten. Wir hatten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen und würden diese Finca jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Ein toller Urlaub

Wir waren begeistert von der Finca. Auf der riesigen Terrasse war immer Schatten, dort konnte man es sehr gut auch bei Hitze aushalten. Der Pool war auch schön - leider konnte man diesen nur an einer Seite verlassen. Die Klimaanlage hat in 2 Zimmern nicht richtig funktioniert. Der Rest war toll. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder. M

Schöne ruhige Lage mit toller Außenanlage und schönem, großen Pool

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, insbesondere fanden wir toll: Terrasse mit großem Tisch Sitzecke 2 große Kühlschränke (in der Küche und auf der Terrasse) jeweils mit Gefrierfach Garten mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen Pool und Whirlpool Grill Tischtennisplatte inkl. Schläger und Bälle Küche mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster Einmal fiel die Wasserpumpe für Duschen etc. aus. Kurze Whatsapp-Nachricht und in 15 Minuten war ein Techniker da und hat die Pumpe umgeschaltet. Schön war auch die Lage zu den beiden Buchten Cala Sa Nau und Cala Mitjana, die beide leicht zu Fuß erreichbar sind, während Autofahrer in den Straßen vor der Finca einen Parkplatz suchen müssen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub und eine schöne Unterkunft!

Perfekte Ferien mit der ganzen Familie

Wir haben uns für einen Familienurlaub mit 7 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern auf der Finca entschieden und die Zeit auf Sa Tanja Nova sehr genossen. Das Anwesen mit seinem großzügigen und sehr gepflegten Grundstück und der besonders im Sommer eindeutig unschlagbaren Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und einer Sitz-Lounge überzeugte uns. Der große und nahezu täglich gewartete Pool ließ uns fast die Nähe zum Meer vergessen, die Kinder waren gar nicht mehr trocken zu bekommen :-). Besonders erwähnenswert ist der sehr gute und unkomplizierte Service durch Barbara, die auf alle unsere Anfragen und Anregungen unmittelbar reagierte und uns einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt bescherte (kaputte Kaffeemaschine, defekter Fön, Toter Hase im Gebüsch - alles wurde sehr schnell und ohne große Probleme ersetzt und Beeinträchtigungen beseitigt). Da wir uns nahezu ausschließlich selbst versorgt haben und die Küche und deren Ausstattung intensiv nutzten haben wir allerdings doch etwas umfangreicheres und qualitativ höherwertiges Equipment erwartet. Z.B. mit 3 Espressotassen und 10 Kaffeelöffeln bei 7 Erwachsenen kommt man trotz Spülmaschine nicht wirklich weit. Scharfe Schneidemesser hatten wir glücklicherweise selbst dabei. Toll waren die zwei großen Kühlschränke in Küche und Terrasse. Fazit: wir würden die Finca in jedem Fall wieder buchen und das Preisleistungsverhältnis war für uns jederzeit gegeben.

Einfach nur spitze. Gepflegte Anlage mit allem was man zum wohlfühlen braucht.

Wir verbrachten 5 perfekte Tage in der Saison Tanca Nova Finka und haben jede Sekunde genossen. Der Gärtner und der Poolboy kamen jeden zweiten Tag und haben sauber gemacht. Die Pools und die wundervolle Terrasse haben uns am besten gefallen. Alles war sehr geräumig und gross zügig. Wir waren 9 Mädels und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Einfach toll!

Wir verbrachten eine unglaublich schöne Frühlingswoche mit Freunden auf dieser Finca. Das Haus ist für 11 Personen (inclusive Kindern) wirklich sehr geräumig, sauber und komfortable. Der Pool ist traumhaft, konnte aber leider zu dieser Zeit noch nicht ausgiebig genutzt werden. Unsere Vermieterin Barbara war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns wurde sogar auf Wunsch eine große Paella Pfanne zur Verfügung gestellt. Besonders gut hat uns auch der kleine Strand mit Bar gefallen, der fussläufig zu erreichen ist und zu unserer Besuchszeit noch nicht zu überlaufen war. Eine kleine Kritik haben wir aber doch. Einige Schränke haben einen intensiven "Altgeruch", so dass man seine Kleidung nicht in den Schrank hängen wollte. Und die Stühle im Speisezimmer sind leider sehr durchgesessen. Es war aber eine fantastische Woche und wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße Claudia &Co

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren mit der Familie da ( 10 ) und hattel alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter haben alles für uns erledigt! Der Müll wurde jeden Tag vom Hausmeister abgeholt. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde nach drei Tagen getauscht ( dafür den Daumen hoch ). Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und werden das Haus es unseren Freunden erzählen.
