Leda Villa with a private pool is a modern property, equipped to the highest architectural and design standards located in the southern part of Istria in Valbandon and just 1000 meters to the nearest beach. The main round house sleeps 2 guests with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with SAT TV, DVD, shower room and a lower floor, spacious bedroom with a large round bed, fireplace and SAT TV. There is a separate annexe with a its' own kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed suitable for 2 children and a shower room. Both buildings have air conditioning and provide ideal accommodation for a small family. Outside is a private swimming pool, a covered terrace with barbecue/summer kitchen and dining furniture to enjoy your meals outdoors. There is parking available and for those that enjoy games there is a basket ball court and table tennis.
