House was just like the pictures. Updated decor and furnishings, very clean, quiet neighborhood. Would recommend this house if staying in Fayetteville!

Family birthday

Extended family traveled to celebrate my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. Wonderful place for extended family! Much less expensive than multiple hotel rooms and we really enjoyed the large living area

Beautiful Property

We rented this for family coming in and it was perfect. The home was very clean and the kitchen was perfect for everyone to gather around in. The patio and swing set were a bonus as well. I would recommend this company and look forward to renting from them again soon.

Great place in Fayetteville

We spent a long weekend with friends and their high school children to visit the University of Arkansas and attend a football game. The house we rented was perfect! Large rooms, very clean, super location…I would recommend staying here especially if you have multiple families.

Awesome Home with Great Amenities

Our family stayed here while in town for a wedding. The home was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms are all very large and have really comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you will need. Shampoo, conditioner, and hand soaps were plentiful in each bathroom. This is one of the best VRBO homes I have ever stayed at.

Great for big family!

This property is a great spot for large families and extended family. Bedrooms are big. Place was very clean. Very accommodating for kids. Neighborhood is very nice and great for kids to ride bikes. Only downside is that there is only a jack n jill bathroom upstairs but that was never a big problem for us. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing house!

This place is very spacious and modern. Each bedroom has its own unique layout and feel. The patio is a great space to hang out to enjoy the sunset and after dark under the festive strands of lights. The kitchen is huge as well. My son and I enjoyed our long weekend here at a very reasonable, reduced price for only 2 guests. We highly recommend this place for both small and larger groups. It also has many kids' toys (in closet) and a cool playground in a fenced-in backyard for parents with small children.

Big stocked house, perfect for families with small children

The neighborhood is gorgeous and close to everything. The closet in the second living room was FULL of toys and a train set that kept our toddler entertained for hours! Lots of comfortable seating too. Very clean, tons of linens, paper goods, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, everything! It was wonderful! We loved sitting on the back patio in the morning and listening to the birds. Our toddler loved the swing set too. This is where we will stay when we come back to visit! Loved it!!

Perfect for family reunion

We booked this property for our daughter’s graduation. We had family from MO, MS, TN and TX. This house was perfect for our big group. It’s HUGE! The kitchen was nice and large with everything you would possibly need. Two living rooms and the outdoor space (which was our favorite) had plenty of seating for talking or playing games. (The game closet has every game you could imagine. Plus puzzles and kid toys and books) The bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. The master bath has tons of room and a nice shower with a rain head and jacuzzi tub. *Should be noted…while there are three bedrooms upstairs that could sleep as many as 9 people, there’s only one shower. Overall this house exceeded our expectations! It was clean and beautiful and larger than the pictures. Perfect for our group

Perfect for a family

Willow Tree Retreat was just as advertised and perfect for family. Very up-to-date decor and clean, layout was perfect for all 11 of us. The toy closet was a surprise but also a godsend to keep the kids busy!! The only thing that would have made it better was for the weather to be nice enough to enjoy the great backyard!

Great for families

Perfect house for multiple families with kids. Very spacious and layout was great. Kids enjoyed the back yard and it was easy to keep an eye on them through large windows. Location was great and easy to get a round town from. Highly recommend.
