A seaside luxury Villa nestled in the middle of  Mediterranean vegetation in the fantastic island of Favignana.
Designed in modern style, it blends perfectly with the territory thanks to the use of local materials such as sandstone. The Villa, fully furnished in modern style, is equipped with all the amenities such as heating and cooling floor thus giving the opportunity to its guests to stay all year round.
The Villa has fantastic outdoor areas for  dining and inside has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.  Indoors, you will find satellite television, an iPod dock and Wi-Fi access. All around, it opens with a spectacular view of Trapani, Marsala and Erice, you can also enjoy the swimming pool located in the adjacent, well-kept garden. The Villa is located in a strategic position between two of the most beautiful beaches of Favignana, just minutes from both Cala Azzura or Cala Rossa. In town, you'll also find shops, restaurants and nightlife.
