This contemporary holiday home was designed by a famous architect and built several decades ago. It is surrounded by more than a hectare of terraced land and its 8 km proximity to the charming small town of Vaison-la-Romaine is an advantage. You can discover beautiful Borie roundhouses as well as pretty chapels on the paths around which have been landscaped by the municipality of Faucon, a stone village where is a baker's shop. Nyons is only 16 km away, where you can taste its famous olive oil.
INSIDE
You enter the villa at the back through a magnificent hall opening onto a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a large lounge, with access to the terrace. On this level, the master bedroom is laid out with a large double bed and TV, and an en-suite shower room with WC. One level down, you have a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, as well as a bathroom and a toilet, both separate. A further level down is another bedroom with a large double bed, and a shower room with WC. The whole villa is air-conditioned
ATTENTION ! There is no handrail on the staircase leading to the lower rooms.
The roof terrace and the room located there do not belong to the rental area.
OUTSIDE
This imposing airconditioned architect-designed villa is set in a totally rural location. It is on the front side of the villa where you'll spend relaxing moments on the large terrace. The immediate surrounds of the spacious swimming pool are tiled.
