Villa Verdalia is a welcoming trullo in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Verdalia you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery. Villa Verdalia is 260 square meters (2800 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).
You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Fasano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 350 meters (380 yards), a grocery store at 400 meters (440 yards), the bus stop at 270 meters (886 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia di Savelletri) at 15 km (roughly 9.3 miles). You will reach Villa Verdalia from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Verdalia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, a deck chair, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by trees. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola and by tall trees. It is equipped with wrought-iron benches and with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will have a nice view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. The garden is equipped with wrought-iron benches.
Main BuildingLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is made of stone and vaulted. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the house of Apulia, featuring some hand-made pieces by local artisans, a suspended chandelier and banners on the walls, and include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter the bathroom climbing one step.
