Not even a hotel

The bed sheets were dirty. The curtains had blood stains on it. The shower door was broken and leaking water. The amenities were almost not present. The bed runners and the sofa were dilapidated and dusty. Overall a very big disappointment.

First of all this is 3 start hotel not 4 and 3.5. If you dont ask for welcome drinks they will not give you, i waited for 2 hour then called the frond desk and then got the welcome drinks. This hotel has everything small like lift, beds, rooms, dining hall etc. Overall stay was ok but i did not enjoy my stay there.

Great Potential but need to replace certain certain bathroom fixtures. Also, the coffee/tea set was there but a kettle was not to be found... but i didn't ask either. The Wifi would keep signing out for some reason... but the place is definately value for money...

With a mixup in the reservation they accommodated us with an upgraded suite room. Staff was extremely courteous and the restaurant was great. Newspaper everyday, bottled waters everyday. Price of a local high end business hotel in the industrial city of Faridabad but quality of an American 4 star.
