Sehr gute Lage, Küche sollte aber renoviert werden

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, man ist zu Fuß sowohl schnell am Strand als auch in der sehr schönen Altstadt von Fano. Bei Problemen mit dem Internet hat Francesco sehr schnell reagiert und das Problem gelöst. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns auch die Fano-Visit-Card schnell geliefert. Ein großes Plus war die sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Sauberkeit. Oberflächlich war die Wohnung gereinigt worden, aber die Sockelleisten waren verstaubt, unter Tischen und Betten war es nicht sauber, Spinnweben in einigen Ecken und es gab künstliche Blumen die anscheinend noch nie vom Staub befreit wurden. Aber was wirklich beeinträchtigend war, war der Schmodder in der Küche am Wasserhahn, rund um die Spüle, in der Tür vom Kühlschrank und vom Gefrierschrank (und in der Waschmaschine, die wir deshalb nicht benutzt haben). Außerdem gab es Schimmel im Badezimmer und auch im Schlafzimmer. Dagegen waren es eher Kleinigkeiten, dass es nur 2 Kleiderbügel gab (wir haben uns dann welche besorgt), die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher keine Batterien hatte, der Fernseher aber auch keine Programme zeigte (wir haben dann unseren Amazon Stick benutzt) und bei der angegebenen Ausstattung fehlten der Toaster und das Bügelbrett. Das Geschirr und Besteck war sogar im Schrank schmutzig. Darauf sollte die Reinigungskraft besser achten. Was mir bei der Auflistung der Ausstattung nicht aufgefallen war: es gibt keine Mikrowelle.

TUTTO PERFETTO !!

Location perfetta, camere da letto, cucina e salotto molto ampie e ben fornite di tutto il necessario, bagni ok. Appartamento a 3 minuti a piedi dal mare , a 10 dalla citta' e da tutte le attrazioni di Fano. consigliatissimo. Un grazie anche a Francesco per l'accoglienza e la disponibilita'.
