I had to evacuate at 2:30am because of a fire. However the charges were reversed on my card. The property itself needs renovations. I had to switch rooms two times. First because of lock wouldn’t work. Second the heating unit wasn’t working. Over all the staff was good about it and went out of their was to rectify the situation. I would go back again if an occation arises!

Ghe room was nice and clean. We all took a shower and she shower leaked. Th heater came on at night but when it turns off you hear a LOUD clunk sound. There are multiple places where the wood is rotting on the awnings and places around the property. One of the walls we saw on our walk has a giant crack and the dirt from underneath is almost completely missing. Not sure how much longer that will stay as it is. The food in the restaurant was just okay. We only had breakfast, but it could've been better with a discount for customers who are staying at the hotel. But not :( The bed was comfy - the sheets were clean. I'd give it a 3/5

It’s obvious that quite a bit has been put into renovation of the rooms, but unfortunately that’s where the good stops. The rooms are noisy; you hear every car on the interstate. (It sounds like the windows are open even when they’re closed!) The attention to detail is not present; an alarm was left on for 6am. (Not what anyone needs on a Sunday morning!) The carpet was stained. (Yuuuck) Giant weeds are growing next to the rooms. It’s just not at all worth the price you pay (plus the fees they are very eager to charge).

The bedrooms were updated and nice but the shower barely trickled water. The rest of the property is in desperate need of a remodel with beams visibly rotten. The grounds are nice and golf grounds lovely The restaurant food in need of an upgrade with egg dishes tasting as if they came out of cartons!

I know it said no room services for food. But it did say can call to order for pick up. No menu was available in the room or online. And when I called to order the lady answered seemed not to be pleased that I was wanting to order from my room and just pick up. She was not helpful with the menu.

Staff was friendly but disappointed in amenities. Although I upgraded to deluxe king room, freeway was very loud even with the slider door closed. Screen door to balcony was broken. Finding fresh coffee in the morning was difficult. (Not interested in powder cream provided in the room). Pool and jacuzzi were closed and the ice machine was in a different building altogether. Was hoping for a more luxurious day celebrating my boyfriend's birthday.

Best hotel we've stayed in

A gorgeous room in an upscale facility. All fittings are high level; a Toto toilet, beautiful tile, expensive carpet, high ceiling, lovely golf course view from a huge window with openable side windows; a small light on the light switches so you can find them in the dark; a phone call from the office to ask if everything's OK. Best hotel we can remember. Really hope to stay there again!

I requested a room far from the venue, and handicap accessible. I actally requested by pool which is F5 or F4. But, i did put in F7. We eere first given Bulding F7 the last room on the floor, the longest distance to get to from our vehicle. When we saw room , we immediately went back n said it was unacceptable. Fortunately, we were doing early checkin, paying an extra $45 n they were able to move our room to the first room in same building. There was a wedding, that weekend and i dont think they could have accommodated us otherwise. The person checking us in showed me my specific requestes, and it did have building f7 , my mistake it said i want to be as far from venue as possible, maybe across fom pool, n a room that is ground level, mobilit issues.
