The host was helpful and overall experience was OK. The biggest problem was with heating for a few first days. Also duvets/blankets in my opinion were not suitable for winter. Would be good to invest in new, standard size ones.Other minor issues are not worth describing.From positives there is a garage so you do no need to remove snow from your car every morning, you can park for a short time near the door to pack/unpack.And house location is close to skilifts.

Went skiing with wife and 3 kids Feb 17. Luigi was very nice. Our Italian is horrible, and his English is just ok, but we managed to communicate effectively with messages and emails. Just big enough for the 5 of us. Clean place, amazing price. Too far to walk to lifts in ski boots with kids but only about a 1 minute drive from parking area. Kids played in snow outside. Underground parking. Would use again if we ski San Pellegrino again. Recommend walk 5 minutes up to Il Dollaro restaurant, great pasta and nice staff.

Kleine Wohnung die in die Jahre gekommen ist

Mietpreis in Ordnung, Lage sehr gut. Bilder sind bezüglich Schlafzimmer nicht korrekt, geschlafen wird auf Doppelbett, Couch und Klappsofa. Couch und Klappsofa sind sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise aufgerissen. Toilettendeckel war leider defekt, Waschmaschiene ohne Beschriftung. Fast keine Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden - Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Radio nicht vorhanden. Den Preis einer Hochsaison hätte ich für diese Ferienwohnung nicht bezahlen wollen und vor allem nicht mit 5 Personen.

Excellent place near San Pellegrino

The apartment is cosy and clean, on the second floor of a house. The house is close to the ski lifts going to San Pelegrino, around 5 min by a car. The shopping center for food is 5 min by foot, so the location is perfect. The owner is very helpful. Overall mark is excellent!

Abbiamo passato 8 giorni nello chalet in 4 persone (2 adulti e due bambine). La posizione è ottima e si dispone anche di posto auto al coperto. Può ospitare fino a 5 persone ma probabilmente ll'uso ottimale é per 3. Il divano letto matrimoniale infatti non é il massimo della comodità. Nel complesso comunque una buona sistemazione
