Poop Smell - very bad sewage smell that made all of us sick. We had to check out in the middle of the night and go to a different hotel. The staff were very rude and uncaring and kept blaming it on us that we turned the vent fan on and it caused the smell. It’s clearly their bad sewage problem. Please don’t book this hotel especially if you are coming for Ayodhya visit from out of India. It will make you sick. I request hotels.com to please remove this hotel from your list. It is very unhygienic for human survival. All my family became sick. I request hotels.com to report this issue to health ministry in India as well because Ayodhya is very popular tourist destination and this quality of hotels should be closed down for business. hotels.com needs to check the hotels before advertising it on your website.

The room service food at this place was authentic and we thoroughly enjoyed. The morning staff were nice, cant say the same about night staff. The rooms were clean. We faced minor issues with the hot water. Every time we needed to take a shower we had to call reception to ask them to turn the geyser on. Then it took time for the water to heat up. It took more time than needed to get ready in the morning. One of our rooms didnt have a ac remote so we couldnt change the temperature. Not a bad place to stay, but i'd say a bit overpriced.
