Excellent Place for Families

This property was one of the best experiences. If you have kids, it’s perfect. Everything you need is already there. A crib, a high chair, toys, a baby bath, and on and on. Location is central to most things. I would absolutely stay again.

Weekend in Fairport, NY

We had a great stay in this home over a holiday weekend. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We were traveling with an 18 month old child and this house was absolutely ideal, very thoughtfully appointed for families traveling with young children. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and well thought out!!

This properly was beautiful. The pictures really does it no justice. The kitchen was beautifully set up and organized. Had everything. Laundry room right there, equipped with detergent, iron and board. Cabinets had LOTS of nice dishes and cookware, all very organized. The home literally had EVERYTHING! Built in play activity for baby/toddlers, high chair, a shelf full of children's books as well as shelving with toys. Pets are allowed. They had a dog bed, bowl, treats and food. The bathrooms had personals in case you forgot or ran out. Also has a nice sitting area in the garage. You can tell the place is very loved and well taken care of. The hostest, Shri was awesome and had great communication. My one ONLY complaint (concern really maybe), is that the property manager was like RIGHT THERE!! I was coming back from the store around 9:45am/10am, and he was coming out of the garage or something. I guess he lives next door. Although he was nice, it was still quite awkward at that time of day in the rain and so very random. Just would have been nice to know so I wasn't so off guard.

Sunnyside Cottage- Fairport

This property was fantastic! The house is well stocked with all necessities (towels, bedding, dishes, appliances, etc.). We traveled with our 9mos-old grandson, and the house was absolutely perfect for him. Right down to the electric outlets- everything was baby safe. There was a nursery with a crib and changing table, a high chair, sustainable soaps, toys, and books- all of which were enjoyed and appreciated immensely by the young parents and baby. The location was magnificent- in a quiet village neighborhood, and easily accessible to the many wonderful activities of the Rochester region. While we did not utilize the outdoor spaces/yard, it is clear that there is a very good supply of outdoor furniture and a lovely fenced-in yard. We would highly recommend this rental property to families traveling with young children. It was wonderful!!!!!

Wonderful property for family!

We were in town for a swim meet but this property made us feel like we were on vacation! It was thoughtfully designed, stocked and secured with families in mind. The location is awesome…walking distance to coffee shops, canal, and restaurants and more. Short drive to grocery store. Host is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time staying here! Host is very helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. Home is in a great location, very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Home is very clean and cozy. We would definitely recommend!

Exciting Home in Historic Fairport Village

We had a wonderful stay at Sunnyside Cottage. The home is very functional, with its large kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and fenced yard. The entire home is immaculately decorated- every inch is meticulously thought out and gorgeous. We enjoyed having coffee on the porch, while our children enjoyed all the games and books. This home has friendly neighbors, and is only a few minutes walk to the canal, restaurants, coffee, or the farmers market on Saturday mornings in the summer, where you will find plenty of treasures to enjoy! Our family of young children and teenagers enjoyed this property, and would love to return again next time we are in the area.
