I have stayed her numerous times, and each time other guests have been very loud well past midnight. The walls are paper thin and every noise can be heard. Reconsidering where I will stay during my future work trips to the area because it's too frustrating having to notify desk staff because of noise. Only other option is to get a room with no other guests on either side.... good luck with that.

The front desk lady was honest about this hotel being her brand new business. While there were a few issues for my husband and I (very hot room; drippy pipes uder the sink), I am sure she will take care of such things.

I stayed 2 nights, the staff hides in a back room during routine check-in time. My room was keep in low light to hide the stained carpet, damaged walls and depressing art work. The shower head was cracked and a fine mist sprayed the upper shower wall, the TV didn’t work properly and there were not instructional literature and the sink was cracked. Clearly, the owners and staff don’t care about your experience in this hotel!
