House available May 18-22.
Very kid-friendly house! Toys, trampoline in backyard and a playground on the premises. Watch movies on a projector (bigger than a large screen TV).
Also close drive to Washington DC (30 minutes). Visit the Capital, Smithsonian Museums and National Zoo.
Very convenient from DCA airport and from IAD airport
Near shopping plaza (Giant, Pharmacy, Restaurants, Coffee, Gas Station) and Target.
The space:
This three-level single family townhome is located in across the street from George Mason University.
Main level has a very open living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom.
Second level has a has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom includes king size bed, full private bathroom.
Second bedroom has a full size bed. Third bedroom (currently the baby’s room) will have a twin size bed. There is a shared full bathroom on the second floor.
The finished basement has a huge sectional couch—very comfortable and sleepable. Additionally, there are several inflated mattresses to sleep additional guests. It also has a full bath and laundry and utility room.
The basement also leads to the backyard.
The fenced in backyard has a medium size trampoline and child size jungle gym. It can also be accessed from the outside side entrance.
The following amenities are included in the property:
Full use of House (except for bedroom closets)
Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, Keurig Coffee (with pods for stay), pots/pans, plates/cups, silverware, kitchen utensils
Washer & Dryer (located downstairs in utility room)
Hair Dryer (located in master bathroom)
Iron & Ironing board
Towels (1 for each guest)
Clean Sheets and Comforters on beds
Crib and Baby Changing Table (if necessary)
