Great place with everything needed. No complaints at all. Improvement: Parking space numbers on building should be reflective for night arrival. Voices from the other apts might be audible but was not disruptive. Highly recommend!

Good Location

This is a nice one bedroom unit conveniently located to most things in Fairbanks. The property is as described, well kept, and comfortable. As far as any negatives on the amenities of the unit; there is no central air or elevator. to the apartment's level. These were not serious negatives for my stay as an open window and fan kept the unit cool and I had no issues walking up the 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. This unit is good, basic, accommodation.

Apartment was clean, spacious and updated. Perfect fit for two of us. Kitchen was equipped with the basic kitchen needs, neat and organized. Apartment complex was very quiet, we heard no noises from anyone while we were there, although to be honest we weren’t in very much. ..To many things to do and see. Shon was a responsive host who added little touches like snacks and drinks, to show he cared.
