This gorgeous, air-conditioned, 3-bedroom villa is a leisurely walk to the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre, Ross Street mall and many eateries in town. The well-appointed villa is set up for you to have a relaxing break with your family and friends and has access to Wi-Fi. After soaking in the wonderful sights Exmouth has to offer, enjoy a dip in the complex pool surrounded with beautifully landscaped gardens. Prepare your own meals, dine alfresco in the outdoor patio area or walk to the cafes and restaurants. Do as much or as little as you desire this villa is ideal for a self-contained holiday.

Open plan living and dining area includes a dining table, a lounge area with a sofa and two chairs and a flat screen TV. Kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, a large fridge/freezer, convection microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Property was perfect for our little family. We ate out mostly so didn’t utilize the kitchen to full capacity. However was handy having a full size kitchen and laundry available. On a down side, The property wasn’t the cleanest... Lots of spiders and small roaches around, with dust and grime buildup, the floors being the worst... not the best with an infant. Also having to clean up before leaving was odd seeing as you pay a cleaning fee.

loads cockroaches& uncomfortable beds

On the outside looks cosy- the place stunk of greasy fish :we sprayed and left windows open and couldn’t get rid of the smell ,cockroaches flying around our bedrooms ,we killed at least 5 a night ,our beds were so hard and very thin pillows ,no welcome pack not even a tea bag ?
