The owner cancelled the day before we were due to go there! And still owes us £183 !!

The owner of this property , cancelled our holiday the day before we were due to travel there ! He still owes us £183 and will not answer his phone or reply to any messages! We are now having to take him to court to get our money back !! Avoid booking with this holiday let owner .

Family holiday

Unfortunately i cannot fully rate this property as due to unforseen circumstances we were unable to stay at the bungalow which was a shame as it was perfect and so close to family. I was in contact with the host who was happy to assist and i was given a full refund. I will definitely be keeping it in mind for next time we visit Exmouth.
Stayed 5 nights in Aug 2023
