Great staff

We arrived in Evora when the power outage occurred across the whole country. The hotel staff was fabulous in trying to help us get what we needed to survive the power outage. They were so kind to store our luggage and direct us to the town for touring. When they turn the generators on, they took excellent care of us with candles as well as food to make our stay more comfortable.

Great hotel, wonderful staff

A fantastic stay. I was visiting my partner in Evora hospital and the amazing staff, without exception, made me feel not just welcome but safe. I had a bit of a meltdown but they looked after me well and made me feel I wasn’t alone. As for my room: very comfy bed, huge telly, iPhone charger, complimentary water, powerful shower, fluffy towels, free underground parking and a very decent breakfast. Oh, and a few minutes walk into town (20 minutes through town to the hospital). Ten out of ten.

Excellent but small mistake dud happen.. Our room key given to another guest when we were in the room. Front desk acknowledge error and took responsibility for gravity of situation. Apologized abd offered complimentary breakfast! Despite embarrassing error, the i would return because they realized the error and took responsibility.

Great value. Brand new building, everything was perfect but there was no kettle or coffee maker yet. Located right next to the entry to old town Evora. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We really wanted to like this property. It has so much potential. However it seemed like the property was under remodel. In our room there were no hooks for our towels and the shower door didn’t close, so water got all over. Plus the bathroom floor was very dirty. It needed to be moped. The second morning for breakfast was not good. The coffee machine and toaster did not work. The person working didn’t do anything to help. That was frustrating considering that we had to pay extra for the breakfast. Why did we have to edit one building to go to another building for our room?
