¡Bienvenido al corazón de Eureka Springs, Arkansas! Algunos lo llaman Little Switzerland porque es la influencia de una pequeña ciudad europea que se ve en cada esquina y en cada giro y vuelta. El peculiar alquiler de estudio estilo Night Owl es completamente nuevo para 2017, recién pintado y recién amueblado. Salga y compre hasta que se caiga o quédese adentro para descansar. Ubicado sobre las tiendas más frecuentadas en Spring Street en el distrito histórico, con vista a la calle, no tiene que ir muy lejos para llegar a casa una vez que necesita un descanso, y lo hará. La relajación es nuestra especialidad. Somos profesionales en relajarse y tomarlo con calma y es probable que se lo merezca. Amueblada con una cama king size de nueva calidad, esta habitación bien decorada será un placer muy apreciado después de un día de caminar por las aceras sinuosas de "cambio de siglo" o caminar por nuestros senderos. Un baño completo y una cocina repleta de todas las comodidades del hogar. Encuentra escondites secretos, nuestra forma de hacerte sentir malcriado e invirtiendo en tu regreso temprano al "Nido". Pasa el rato en la sala de estar y mira una gran televisión de pantalla plana con Netflix para disfrutar de todas las películas que quieras y una Xbox, ¡completa con juegos! ¡Cocinar una buena comida juntos en la cocina totalmente equipada, o acomodarse en la cama para una larga noche de acurrucarse! ¡También disfrutarás de la diversión de un sinfín de juegos gratis en un juego de arcade con 12 juegos diferentes, justo en el estudio! El gran sofá cómodo proporciona un espacio adicional para dormir para una persona. (No se permiten niños, mascotas ni fumar en ningún momento en las habitaciones)

We had the best stay in Night Owl A! You can NOT beat the LOCATION! It was perfect! Everything was clean the whole vibe is great! We come back in June and are staying in the Night Owl B and can’t wait to try out ALL 9 Night Owl rentals!

Our stay was awesome very clean perfect location if you like downtown Eureka Springs it was perfect for me and my wife anniversary. I recommend it for any couple. They want to stay close to downtown and have a beautiful good time and a nice little apartment.

Great Vacation!!

The Night Owl has become our mainstay when we go to Eureka Springs! The owners are amazing, friendly, and very accessible. This apartment overlooks the heart of downtown, and made our access quick and easy as we navigated between shopping, eating, and walking around.

Great Location

We had such a great time in Eureka Springs and this property is just perfect for all you will need to see and do while you’re here. The location is great, really couldn’t be better. It is very centrally located and made walking to everything in downtown Eureka Springs super convenient. The bed is comfortable and the decor is really nice. You can definitely tell the owners have put time and energy into making this space fun, comfy and convenient. It seems that they really have thought of everything to make their guests stay complete. Thank you for a great visit!

Perfect Getaway Location

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location - all of Eureka Springs is walkable. Cute shops, interesting history. Property owner (Hannah) was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Perfect location and true comfort

This place is exactly what we needed. Eureka Gras got us there but the place made it perfect. Huge room and perfect location to watch from the room or just outside. Its location is right in the middle so easy walk to everything. Guy at the T Rex store was so great and knowledgeable.

Beautiful space

We loved our stay in Night Owl A. The apartment is beautiful and the location is prime. Check in and out we’re both simple. We enjoyed Netflix in our downtime. The only drawback was the road noise which did not bother me but could bother a light sleeper. The parades also come right by the window so at that time it’s kinda nice to be able to hear everything on the street.

great newer remodel property in historic downtown on top of the owners vintage toy store problem free clean rental. great communication decorated with eccentric art and toys from the past. Be prepared to park a little ways away but worth it

We LOVED our stay here! Very clean, comfortable, and right in the middle of town! I even had a small injury while cooking and they brought me a first aid kit. Very friendly! We cant say enough good things about this place and can’t wait to stay again! They had all the cooking supplies you would need, however I would bring extra trash bags and some paper towels.

The studio apartment was updated. The retro and eclectic decor made for a fun hang-out in between walks around town. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice, affordable, and convenient place to stay!
