Beautiful home with great location.
This is our second time staying here. It is a beautiful, clean, pet friendly home in an amazing location, with a great hostess. You can walk to the downtown and enjoy all the sites of beautiful Eureka Springs! The balcony is wonderful and fun to sit outside. We rented both upstairs and the downstairs rooms in the main house, so we would have privacy. The bottom room is more private than the top. When you rent the top room, it is literally open the room door and you are in the common area. Keep in mind that you are sharing the common area, kitchen & balcony space with the downstairs guest if it too is rented. We were extremely happy with our stay and will stay again!

No shower, no communication, no refund
Good: Easy check-in, cute property in the heart of walkable Eureka Springs. Balcony is great, and the provided snacks were a nice touch. Cool vintage appliances.
Bad: clearly a brand new efficiency reno - very sparsely and cheaply furnished, window shades not secured properly and fell down every time we used them. There is a giant tub, but shower hookup was not installed and was fully nonfunctional - pipes sticking out of the wall covered with a basket. This was not mentioned in the description.
Severe storms while we were there knocked out electricity to the entire town for several hours. Nothing to be done about that, but the host did not respond to multiple messages through the app platform, and has yet to address my request for partial refund.
