Property is OK. Rooms clean. A/C was warm and noisy, so turned it off and opened windows at night to cool. Lights on sides of TV were faulty and came on at 4am out of the blue and couldn't turn them off.

Did not like anything. Should not be associated with expedia. Told one price checking in and charged another amount. Charged over 700 dollars for a 2 night stay after being told 260 dollars. I had no satisfaction from front desk staff. Just blew me off. How can i be reimbursed

Staff was friendly and area was quiet. It’s basically just a room with a bed. No hair dyer, no shampoo/lotion, cheap towels, fan blew all night no extra pillows and was expensive considering what we did not get.

The location was convenient. I was surprised that some basics - shampoo, tissues- weren’t available. There were no hangers in the room. Coffee is available, but when I went to get coffee, there were no cups. Attendant was on the phone and I didn’t wait (this only happened once). The lighting was unusual- the entire area is either on or off. We were there 3 nights and there was no maid service - no fresh towels, no empty wastebaskets. You can’t choose what area you want lit. There is only one chair in the room. Fortunately, the evenings were cool - it seems like we could only adjust the fan, not the temperature.

The person who checked me in was average at best as far as welcoming. The room was hot when we entered. I went to the thermostat which was turned to the appropriate setting. The bathroom appeared clean until I went to shower the next morning and I could see grime l. The shower curtain looked moldy. I wouldn’t stay here again willingly.

House of Bad Maintenance

My first room, the air conditioner didn't work, the TV didn't work, the desk lamp didn't work, and the house phone didn't work. They gave me a second room where the A/C would only work at full blast, but at least it cooled the room. The house phone in the second room also did not work, and the TV worked, but it was half the size of the one in the first room. At least the personnel I dealt with did their best to help, but hotel management must not be willing to spend any money to get things to work.
