The stay was terrible. First booking was single. Later I called the property manager asking him to change to double as I have additional guest. He agreed and told me to come the property. When I arrived he started to keep me waiting that saying that one person will be admitted. After keep us waiting for an hour he found a room the twin bed and charged me with the double the price. I asked him breakfast is included with this price. During the checkout he charged the extra rate for breakfast. When I pointed out that he has already agreed the breakfast with the price. He declined, shouted annd argued and I have to pay for the breakfast. I don’t recommend this property to anyone as I had a bad experience with this property.

Das Hotel war bei unserer Ankunft geschlossen und schien lt. Arbeiter vor Ort nicht mehr in Betrieb zu sein. Die hinterlegte Telefonnummer schien auch nicht korrekt zu sein. Daher kann man nur die Lage beurteilen, diese war nicht schön. Alles im allen ein Flopp, dafür müssten wir uns kurzfristig in ein teureres Hotel suchen.

The hotel was closed! No lights on, the doorbell was inactivated, the telephone not answered. I was left standing in a strange city at 8 o' clock at night with nowhere to stay!!!! This was the first time I have used your portal to book a hotel and I and shocked and disgusted with the service. I received no notification that my reservation was cancelled, I was in Essen to give workshops to medical students at the University clinic, and was so stressed by having to search for a different hotel late at night that my first day of work was completely undermined. This may even mean that I am not asked back to teach at University Duisburg Essen. Since I am a freelancer this will be a disaster for my income. Since I not only suffered severe stress at being stranded without accommodation late on a Sunday night, but may also suffer financial loss, I will certainly now advise everyone I know never to use your booking service ever.

the hotel forced me to pay the amount for the hotel again, though i showed them the booking with expedia. the mebers of staf fonly talked arab, they called someone, who told me, the payment to expedia was only for secure my booking, they don´t work together with expedia, so i had to pay 25,58 €, otherwise they refused to give me the key for the room.
