Welcome to the Golden Loft - the perfect place for your luxurious stay in Essen!

Our newly renovated 92sqm apartment was designed with the motto "Industrial Luxury meets Touch of Gold" and offers a unique combination of modern design and comfort. The floor-to-ceiling windows with French balconies provide plenty of light and a pleasant atmosphere in the apartment. The high-quality real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating keeps your feet warm while you relax in the large king-size beds.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with modern box-spring beds and open wardrobes with clothes hangers and storage space. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size box-spring bed (180x200cm), while the second bedroom with two queen-size beds (160x200cm) is perfect for friends or family. Both bedrooms have an elegant gold design and offer a restful night's sleep.

The living room is furnished with a huge, super comfortable couch where you can relax after a busy day. The Wi-Fi connection and 55-inch smart TV offer entertainment and relaxation in one. The dining area offers space for 6-8 people and the couch can be used as a sofa bed on request.

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette, hob, oven, freezer, fridge, dishwasher and all the utensils you need to cook. Here you can put your culinary skills to the test.

The bathroom has a modern design and features a floor-level rain shower and a bathtub, perfect for relaxing. The black design elements set accents in the large-format tiled bathroom. An additional guest WC is also available.

The apartment is easily accessible by elevator and free parking is available along the street. The nearest multi-storey parking lot is just 50 meters from the apartment. The location is perfect for visiting trade fairs in Essen or Düsseldorf as well as for visiting theaters, museums or shopping facilities nearby. The central but quiet location is perfect for a relaxing stay.
