The Revolt of Martís; a stone house, with a nice kitchen with fireplace and a spacious dining room with another fireplace, two bathrooms, and five rooms, each with its charm. Outside the house there is a large garden on three levels, on the first level there is a completely flat and spacious area ideal for leisure activities and relaxation; On the second level, there is another garden with a nice pool, and on the third level, a non-garden area, with an orchard.
It is a beautiful house with an environment that invites to rest and outdoor activities. It is very well located, since it allows you to do a lot of activities a few kilometers from the house (from nice routes for hikers to very diverse sports activities).
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Ontevreden

We zijn zeer ontevreden. - Het zwembad was de hele week vies, en dit is niet opgelost. Ondanks onze suggestie dat de pomp kapot was, kwam er geen monteur. Het zwembad was de hele week troebel door alle algen. - Bij aankomst was er een kapotte parasol. Deze had al voor aankomst vervangen kunnen zijn. Ter compensatie kregen we na 2 dagen een veel te kleine nieuwe parasol. De avond voor vertrek kwam er eindelijk een parasol die wel paste. - De buitentafel was kapot, en bovendien voor 8 personen. Deze had ook al vervangen moeten zijn, dit gebeurde pas na 2 dagen. En weer kregen we een tafel die te klein was voor 11 personen. - In 1 van de kamers ontbrak een ventilator. Ondanks een toezegging is deze niet vervangen. - Twee tuinstoelen waren kapot. Dit had al geconstateerd moeten zijn. - Bij het zwembad waren slechts twee ligstoelen. Het huis is voor 11 personen. - 1 van de 4 gaspitten deed het niet. Dit is niet hersteld. - De vaatwasser en oven waren veel te klein voor 11 personen. - Er zaten scheuren in de lakens. We hebben al deze problemen gemeld bij de beheerder, die geeft er niks aan gedaan. Zij heeft gezegd dat we korting zouden krijgen, maar zij reageert nu niet meer op onze berichten. Ik raad dit huis niet aan.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette demeure qui correspond parfaitement aux photos mises sur l'annonce. Nous avons cependant rencontré quelques soucis dûs aux intempéries (d'où les 4 étoiles attribuées sur certains points) ceci dit l'hôte s'en est directement occupée. Nuria est restée joignable tout le long du séjour, une hôte très agréable, bienveillante et souriante. Nous recommandons fortement ! Le groupe de Sébastien 😉

Rien à voir avec le descriptif

Cette maison ne devrait même pas être mise en location. Une location pour11personnes où la table est pour 8.la clim est au 2ème étage et tout le monde ne peut y accéder. Électricité désuète. La piscine presque toujours à l'ombre et pas sécurisée avec juste 2transats et 2 fauteuils. Maison très sombre avec des meubles sombres et des faïences aussi très sombres. Des marches partout. Enfin une ancienne maison qui gagnerait à être entretenue, il y a beaucoup de travaux à faire. Il faudrait aussi penser à faire un extérieur pour pouvoir rester à l'abri. Une route très très passante donc très bruyante. J'ai laissé une lettre aux propriétaires que nous n'avons pas rencontrés avec tout les détails qui n'allaient pas. À voir s'ils en tiennent compte. Perso je ne recommande absolument pas cette maison, elle devrait être retirée de vos propositions

A nice holiday house!

We spent a very nice holiday in the house, with a big garden and swimming pool. We got a warm welcome when we arrived and enjoyed the hospitality of the owners during our stay. The house is wel equipped. Supermarkets and backery are nearby. From a touristical point of view, the house is very well located. There are plenty of possibilities: You have towns to visit, the mountains, the seaside, nice nature close by. Excursions which can be easily made are the following: Besalu, Figueres (Dali museum), Gerona, Camprodon, Cadaques, Monestir de Sant Pere de Rodes, Costa Brava, Pyrenees, …
