This gîte is part of a building comprising two apartments with a shared entrance, set in a calm and natural environment. Ground floor / - Living room with open-plan kitchen - Separate WC First floor / - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) - 1 bedroom with a single bed (90) - Shower room The shared enclosed outdoor area is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air in complete tranquillity. Please note: electric heating is included up to 8 kW per day. Wifi is available at the wifi hotspot in front of the Town Hall. Mobile phone network is available in Espinchal.
