Tucked away just a few steps from Lake Esparron, our charming studio is the ideal retreat after a day of swimming, kayaking, or simply soaking in the beauty of one of the most beautiful lakes in southern France, in the heart of the magnificent village of Esparron-de-Verdon. Whether you’re here to relax or set out on an adventure, we’ve designed the space to ensure your stay is hassle-free and comfortable.
The Space
Combining comfort and vintage charm, *Studio Du Lac* is an intimate 30-square-meter lakeside studio, ideal for couples and small families.
🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements - The studio features a **fold-out bed** that converts into a comfortable daybed, and a **bunk bed**, perfect for a couple with young children. A **travel crib** is also available for babies.
🍽️ Fully Equipped Kitchen - Whether it’s your morning espresso or home-cooked meals, the kitchen is equipped with cookware, appliances, and all the essentials you’ll need. Tea, coffee, and necessary spices.
We’ve stocked the pantry with some staples like canned goods, rice, pasta, flour, and dried fruit. Feel free to help yourself and, if you’d like, replace these items with others you’d enjoy for future guests.
🛋️ Living & Dining Area—A welcoming space with soft lighting and a dining area, perfect for relaxed mornings and intimate meals.
🌿 Outdoor Terrace—Enjoy your coffee or a glass of rosé surrounded by nature, the song of cicadas, and the view of the olive trees and Lake d’Esparron from our small terrace.

The entire studio and the outdoor patio are at your disposal. **Instructions for self-check-in** will be provided before your arrival.

Explore the region
The best way to explore Lake Désparron is on foot, with scenic hiking trails leading to the village, the local farmers’ market (right across from our studio, twice a week), and breathtaking hiking trails. Enjoy water activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming, or set out to explore many parts of the lake by boat. We’d love to share our favorite spots with you!

Right next to our studio, you’ll find a must-visit spot on Lake Désparron: the Buvette du Lac. Don’t forget to order in advance or reserve a table! Here, you can cool off, enjoy a delicious pizza, salads, and much more!

-Valensole (22 km, 25 min) - Famous for its endless fields of lavender in the summer, its picturesque streets, and its locally produced honey, this enchanting town is a must-see during a stay in Esparron.
-Riez (24 km, 30 min) - A historic village with Roman ruins, Provençal markets, and a laid-back atmosphere. If you can, spend a morning at the Saturday market and treat yourself to the region’s finest products.
