Nice.

It was a nice visit. The staff is friendly and kind. The location is near public transport and the conditions of rooms are on par with the price tag. We had no issue.

We booked family room after checking some reviews on google. When we got there. First thing that got our attention that heavy smell of cigarette. Second thing was that chair they had in kids room was dirty and had holes. Since we i had ti go get some food I left the room and on my way out i told the staff about heavy smell of smoke, he acted surprised but there is no way they did not smelled that when they were cleaning. Also I realized layer that they have ashtray in the room. Since we got there late and we had two kids we decided to open windows and stay there. After i got back from outside what i have realized is there was bugs on our bed and i have at least 5 pictures on my phone. I couldn’t sleep all night and I looked for new place. First thing in the morning we got our stuff ready and let person in front desk know what we saw and we would like to get refund for the second day but they said they couldn’t and didn’t even try apologize or try to make it right. Poor service dirty rooms.
