I love the villas so much. They are fully stocked to feel as if you are home. I loved the floor plan as well, and the way both rooms and livingroom have access to the patio. I did not like that the tv didn't offer Netflix or Disney +. Bummer. We also found the shuttle to a bit inconvenient. We were told it stopped every 15min and we waited with little kids over 25min in the hot sun, thinking "any minute" and "we already waited this long". Just a suggestion; there should be shade provided for shuttle stops. The other thing is that we were not allowed to park at the Mountain View pool unless we had a room up there. Since it is the largest and most popular pool in the resort, there should be parking spaces for all others staying at the resort, too. We were at the Broadway Hill and this was a huge inconvenience for our entire family. Additionally, our keys weren't functioning to get in. We were told it was also because we weren't staying in the Mountain View area. That's not how it should work. Lastly, we left the pool at 930pm on the first night and nobody else was in the pool, other than the cleaning lady. We realized we left my daughter's goggles and floating belt there, so we called immediately. They said to go to Lost & Found in the morning. I spent over 40min trying to recover it at 9am, and i was taken to housekeeping room, and then security lost and found room. Nobody cared to look for it. I was told right away it wasn't there and given a card to scan a QR code.
