Hébergement magnifique et super bien équipé ! Nous étions 16 adultes et 4 enfants et tout s'est parfaitement déroulé ! Les hôtes sont charmantset la maison a vraiment une âme en plus d'être très fonctionnelle ! A proximité de la plage !Merci de cet accueil, nous avons déjà hâte de revenir !!

"Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique en groupe avec nos cousins et cousines dans ce charmant logement, trouvé via Abritel.fr. Le charme de la maison nous a tout de suite séduit. Nous rendions visite à la famille dans la région et l'emplacement était idéal pour cela : juste à côté de la côte, proche d'Erquy et une base parfaite pour explorer la Côte d'Émeraude.Le propriétaire nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a fait une excellente visite guidée. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement sur le terrain juste en face de la rue. À l'intérieur, la maison est parfaitement équipée pour les grands groupes. L'intérieur et le mobilier correspondent parfaitement avec le style de la vieille maison. La salle à manger spacieuse jouxte une cuisine bien aménagée, et le grand salon était idéal pour des moments conviviaux en famille. Il y a même un coin télévision avec un grand écran.Les chambres étaient très propres et confortables, et les salles de bain étaient tout à fait correctes. À l'extérieur, le grand jardin avec ses coins sympas est un atout absolu, tout comme la terrasse avec sa grande table large. Le barbecue a également été utilisé et fonctionnait à merveille.En résumé : une adresse à recommander absolument !La Famille Delva"

Nous étions 16 amis dans cette magnifique propriété, à 10mn du bord de mer.Chaque couple avait sa chambre avec 3 salles de bains, espace cuisine très bien aménagé et doté, sans oublier la salle à manger, et les 2 salons !Les hôtes sont des personnes très accueillantes et très disponibles.Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse,MERCI encore !

Vous tomberez immédiatement sous le charme de cette magnifique maison de famille nichée dans son grand jardin. L'accueil des hôtes est aussi agréable et chaleureux que le parfum des glycines qui ornent la façade. La maison est très bien entretenue et équipée. Nous étions 15 et tout s'est déroulé à merveille. Les chambres, le séjour et la cuisine sont spacieux et fonctionnels. Il y a un pré en face de la maison servant de parking pour de nombreuses voitures. La proximité de la mer fait de cette demeure, exceptionnelle par son charme, un atout majeur pour les balades au quotidien. C'est un lieu dans lequel nous aurons un très grand plaisir à revenir.Un grand merci à Jeanne-Emmanuelle et Giedrius pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis dans cette maison idéalement située, à deux pas de la magnifique plage de Saint-Pabu.La maison est superbe, très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Le grand jardin est un vrai plus, idéal pour profiter pleinement de l’extérieur.Un grand merci également aux propriétaires, qui ont été très réactifs, attentionnés et disponibles tout au long de notre séjour.Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !Eugenie.
