This hotel is for business travelers not people going on vacation for starters they charge about 20 euro a night for parking in their parking garage but in their listing it doesn't say anything about having to pay for parking unless you click further into the details by that time if you're already booked there is no refund to find another hotel also because I complain my room was only cleaned two times in 5 days when I checked out there was a lady checking out before me and the man at the desk was extremely nice gave her a card with a little chocolate or something on top of it what's your Merry Christmas and she left when I got up there not even a thank you nothing didn't even say goodbye they told me at the beginning I only stayed in the parking garage for one night they told me it to be getting after I decided to pay 12 euro a day to park in the parking lot behind the hotel not knowing that it's like 4 Euro 50 every time you leave and go back into the parking lot The breakfast was less than ideal The orange juice came out of some dispenser probably frozen concentrated orange juice but it was definitely wasn't fresh squeezed like most hotels. run don't walk away from this hotel, I've been a Germany three times this year I lived there for 10 years and I visited probably 12 or 13 times in my life and this was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at also if you're not LGBTQIA+ don't even bother checking in they could care less about you. Biggest bait and switch ever
