Totally renovated property, Hardwood Floors , beautifully decorated, open floor plan, custom kitchen counters, three private bedrooms, master bedroom with bath attached, Guest bathroom, less than a half mile from private Kelso beach parking pass included less than 1 mile from beautiful Presque Isle, (rated #1 fresh water beach in the country , based on USA Today)close to plenty of shopping malls restaurants and casino, located in a private neighborhood next to Waldemere amusement park !
The space
Outdoor firepit, outdoor grill, outdoor furniture with picnic table , covered front porch, plenty of parking for cars boats or trailers, Close to the interstate plenty of shopping nearby grocery stores ect.

Private beach access Open fires and alcohol are permitted on private beach , ( first come first served) with parking. Less than 1 mile from beautiful Presque Isle 7 miles of public beaches.
Other things to note
Our family uses this as a "stay cation" home. Please no pets due to severe allergies.

Great location nice beach access close to amusement/water park. Just need to bring own firewood or be prepared to buy it for the fire pit but it was a good place !

The place was nice. Beds weren't that comfortable. I hate the streaming service. Couldn't find anything to watch that didn't need a code or payment. Couldn't get any major networks. Best thing was location near the state park. Was disappointed that "private beach access" meant a 5 minute drive to a mediocre beach. The beaches at the park were really nice.
