I rent my unique 75 sqm DG apartment in a residential area in Erfurt in the south-west of the city - approx. 4 minutes by S-Bahn from the city center. If you appreciate the suburban tranquility, but still want to quickly reach the city center, this is the place for you.

The apartment is mostly equipped with high-quality natural materials (cork flooring, solid wood furniture, wool wallpaper) and is therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers.

Nice apartment

The apartment is nice and have everything you need. The hosts are nice and always willing to help. The bed is a little on the hard side. It’s easy and cheap to use the public transportation (gruppentageskarte for up to five people - one day) or a week card. We bought our food cheap and easy in Arnstadt only 12 km away, but there is a good Nahkauf (little supermarket) very close. We can highly recommend this place.

D wir fast nur außerhalb der Wohnung waren war unser Urlaub toll… mit vier Leuten war die Wohnung zu klein. Das Klo ist direkt neben der Küche. Es gibt jeweils nur vier Teller und kaum Besteck, so dass man gezwungen ist täglich zu spülen. Die Eltern der Gastgeberin waren sehr freundlich

Sehr nah an zur Innenstadt, trotzdem "grün"

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, sie hat alles beinhaltet, was man für eine Selbstverpflegung im Urlaub benötigt (Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe, Öl, Föhn, ein Doppelbett, ein Einzelbett, ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder...), sie war unter dem Dach (Treppenstufen, kein Aufzug), dennoch eine angenehme Kühle. Einen Parkplatz konnten wir problemlos an der Straße direkt vor der Tür finden. Die Innenstadt (Parkplatz bei der Zitadelle) haben wir mit dem Auto innerhalb 10 - 15 Minuten erreicht, die Öffentlichen haben wir nicht ausprobiert, aber die Bushaltestelle war fußläufig (3-5Minuten) entfernt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar gewesen, sehr freundlich und konnten über die Umgebung viel, auch zu geschichtlichen Ereignissen, viel erzählen. Wir würden die FeWo jederzeit wieder buchen, bei einem Aufenthalt in Erfurt.

Die Bushaltestelle, war 5/8 min. Vom Haus entfernt. Das Ticket war auch nicht teuer, es gibt verschiedene Angebote, man muss nur den richtigen finden. Informationen stehen auch an Haltestelle, die Busse kommen sehr pünktlich an, manchmal sogar eher also sollte man schon etwas früher los. Es gab in der Nähe einen kleinen Shop LaWaBi wo man essen und andere Dinge kaufen kann, den shop haben wir bei der Pinnwand in der küche, was echt hilfreich war. Es war sauber und ist ideal wenn man länger in Erfurt bleiben will. Wir waren leider nur 3 Tage bzw. 2 Nächte dort. Und wollen definitiv nächstes Mal bisschen länger bleiben. Der Herd und die Spülmaschine waren super einfach zu bedienen, der Ofen hat funktioniert, etwas Backblech, Tee, Besteck, Tassen, etc. haben wir alles in der Küche finden können. Der Fernseher hat viele Kanäle gehabt. Wenn man kleinere Kinder hat muss man höchstens auf die Stufen achten im Haus, die Betten waren groß und bequem. Das Badezimmer hatte einen Föhn und es gab viele andere Dinge nützliche Dinge so wie in der Beschreibung, die Handtücher waren auch sehr sauber. Nur wenn man duschen möchte sollte man etwas vorsichtiger sein und einfach am besten sitzen, da der Vorhang jetzt nicht viel gebracht hat und Wasser sehr leicht auf den Boden kam. Die Heizungen haben funktioniert und sind auch recht schnell warm geworden.

charmente Wohnung im „Schlösschen“

Sehr saubere und charmante Räume, insbesondere das Turmzimmer (Achteck). Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich zu uns, den Partykeller und die Tischtennisplatte durften wir auch mit nutzen.

Veraltet, negatives Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Unprofessionalität. Keine empfehlenswerte Location für Erholung und Entspannung. Wird der tollen Stadt Erfurt und der Umgebung in keinster Weise gerecht. Der Umgang seitens der anwesenden Vermieter erinnert eher an graue Zeiten. Kontrolle, Misstrauen und Unverschämtheit prägen leider das Verhalten und die Denkweise. Geglückter Urlaub sieht definitiv anders aus.

Gemütlichkeit in der Villa Kunterbunt

Unsere Erfahrungen waren durchweg positiv. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das ganze Ambiente war locker, bunt und bequem. Der Garten glich einem Wunderwald. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und ausreichend mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Da es eine Dachwohnung war, knallt die Sonne natürlich rein, aber es stand ein Klimaturm zur Verfügung. Sehr gut! Das Bad ist für große Menschen vielleicht etwas zu klein, man muss in der Wanne schon etwas aufpassen, aber das ist der Bauart geschuldet. Ging trotzdem gut aus :) Einzig ein Rollo könnte noch ins Bad, da diverse Nachbarn ganz gut hineinschauen könnten.

Optimal gelegen für unseren Familienbesuch in Bischleben. Vollständig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gut gelegen zur Bahn. Die Dusche ist für große Menschen eine kleine Challenge, aber machbar. Das 2.Schlafzimmer hat keine Tür zum Wohnzimmer. Sonst alles Bestens.

wir haben unsere Pfingstferien in der sehr sauberen und gemütlichen Wohnung geniessen dürfen. Es fehlte an nichts, unsere Tochter hat die Zeit gerne im Turmzimmer verbracht und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Lage, gute Ausstattung

Dieses Jahr haben wir unseren Herbsturlaub im schönen Thüringen verbracht. Dazu hatten wir uns ein zentral gelegenes Quartier gesucht, welches aber auch nicht mitten in der Stadt liegen sollte. Und da sind wir auf diese schöne, relativ ruhig gelegene und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung gestoßen. Wenn man im Sommer bei offenem Fenster schläft, mag es anders sein, aber uns hat die nahe gelegene "Haupt"straße nicht gestört. Die Betten waren sehr gut, in der Küche hat es uns auch an nichts gefehlt, Spiele und Literatur (auch über Erfurt und die Umgebung) gab es reichlich und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch Sonntags) waren auch in der Nähe vorhanden. Unsere Tochter, die sonst immer versucht, ihr Bett mit meiner Frau zu tauschen, hat sich gleich mit dem Turmzimmer zufrieden gegeben. Kurzum, wir hatten alle einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Und für Unternehmungen bieten Erfurt und die weitere Umgebung unbegrenzte Möglichkeiten.
