Sem água quente, o resguardo do duche é uma placa publicitária, o quarto não estava higienizado (tinha inclusive um prato de comida sujo na mesinha de cabeceira), sem recepcionista para reclamar (abriu a porta e foi embora), corremos os quartos todos (éramos os únicos hospedes e estavam todos por higienizar. Optamos por dormir no quarto que parecia menos mal, por cima da roupa de cama e sem usar toalhas (até porque não havia água quente). Horrível!!!!!
