Increíble condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con impresionantes vistas. Mi familia y yo hemos decorado personalmente nuestro lugar para que nuestros huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Nuestro condominio está ubicado en el barrio de Puerta del Mar. Catavina II es una comunidad cerrada con un guardia de seguridad las 24 horas. Está a unos 15 minutos de toda la acción y a unos 5 minutos de la Macro Plaza del Mar. No hay transporte público, así que planifique conducir o tomar Uber u otro servicio de taxi. Hay una piscina compartida en la comunidad. Por favor, siga las reglas publicadas. 1 lugar de estacionamiento disponible, solo estacione en el lugar de estacionamiento designado. La piscina está cerrada los lunes por mantenimiento.

Great appartement

Great apartment close to the city center. Alejandra responded quickly and the check in checkout process was seamless. We had a great time!

Would recommend

Alejandra was very communicative and responsive.. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the extra blankets. Alejandra left us some coffee and tea at check in and this was very much appreciated. The only negative we faced, was the fact that we could not get the showers (either one) water temp to regulate. It was either scolding hot or too cold. We actually had to sponge bathe for the duration of stay. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again provided that we could shower =) Thank you Alejandra for sharing your home w us!!!

Left Stranded the day of check in!!

I paid and reserved my two nights two months in advance. I didn’t hear anything from the host even though I had messaged them introducing myself and following the directions of messaging her the day of us acquiring access to the unit. I didn’t even get notified until I am at the guard gate where the guard finally was able to get a hold of the host and the host ended telling me that she was living in the unit and didn’t even bother checking the reservations if anybody had reserved her unit and she handy blocked the dates that she was going to be living in her own unit. I was left stranded for two nights! luckily VRBO did help out after three hours being on the phone they did get me some Rooms.

Very Nice Place

The condo is very nice and very clean. Our host Alejandra was very attentive to our needs and she responded to our messages almost immediately. I highly recommend this condo for your visits to Ensenada.

Great place to rest and enjoy Ensenada.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It has all the essentials in a nicely decorated apartment. The check-in and check-out process were smooth, along with good communication with owner. It has a nice view of the southern part of the city and Bay Area. On our return to Ensenada, we’ll look for this property again.

Excellent!

My wife, son, and two friends stayed here for one night. We were impressed with how clean it was. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was a joy (she's very friendly, and responds quickly). Very highly recommended!

Good but could have been perfect

Good, everything as described was accurate. Close to main attractions. Safe and clean neighborhood. Very communicative property manager. Only issue was that sometimes the water pressure will be weak resulting in receiving a little bit of water when showering, washing hands, ect.

Wknd gateway. A home away from home.

We have been coming to ensenada for around 10 years. And we've always been in hotels. This time I wanted to try vrbo and Omg did it exceed my expectations. Everything went perfect I highly recommend.

Clean!

Alejandra's place is super cute & nicely decorated and very clean! Wifi worked great, close to markets and places to eat. Short drive to the beach. Definitely would recommend when in Ensenada.

Would definitely come again

We really enjoyed our stay. Property owner was available 24-7 and answered questions within a minute. We felt very safe as there was a security guard at the front gate day and night. Overall everything was great and we would definitely recommend this place.

Weekend getaway

I loved this condo! Very clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very easy checking in, The owner made our stay very easy, Paty was really friendly and nice. We would definitely stay here again.
