Out in old No Mans Land are still places off the beaten path-one such place is "The Rustic". This newer lodging is located on the 100th Meridian, three (3) miles from the nearest highway but within nine (9) miles of local cafes.

The Rustic offers open concept, kitchen, twin over full size bed, a separate full-size bed, 2 comfy chairs, charging station, gas fireplace, Roku tv, wi-fi and a walk-in shower with seat. Cookware, dishes, small appliances including microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and crock pots, plus coffee, tea and condiments are included.

A fold up cowboy kitchen table with bench seating and a genuine murphy bed are unique features in this studio apartment. No Mans Land history inspires the authentic cowboy decor.

Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, outdoor smoking area, patio seating and a 10'x10' dog pen.

Trees give privacy from the main house, with peaceful sunsets and coyotes that may start howling by 4:30 being an added bonus.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
