Disappointing, cool welcome

address details made it difficult to programme sat nav. when eventually found, there was only a waitress available to greet us and she spoke little English. No other cars in car park, unloaded and was then asked to move car as they wished to sweep, which they did, but there was broken wine glasses in the car park so it appeared they only wished to sweep where we had parked our car. The room door was in an outside corridor and had NO light above door so as we appeared to be one of the few guests it was both eerie and difficult to locate lock to open door in the dark. Did not eat there as there did not appear anyone was about. For Breakfast we were shown room where food and drink was available but it was help yourself with not a soul to serve, greet etc. So was very disappointed. The staff were also very solemn and no smiles. Unfriendly place.

Es una verdadera pena que el hotel no tenga actualmente los servicios de los que disponen.... La habitación amplia , cómoda, muy limpia y con buena ubicación. El desayuno correcto.. pero parece estar abandonado, sin servicio de bar, ni piscina, ni terrazas... De ser un hotel que cumpliera con sus características estaría fenomenal

No tienen camas de matrimonio

Nos dieron cama de matrimonio asegurandonos que era cama de matrimonio y eran don individuales juntas con una bajera de matrimonio y sábanas de matrimonio. Un desastre.

No está señalizado, ni un mal rótulo que te indique el nombre del hotel, así que terminas pasando de largo. A las 9:30 de la mañana vino un grupo de 25 niños mayores y nos tuvimos que salir de la piscina, la piscina pequeña para niños esta vacía. Además no hay servicio de comedor solamente desayuno, el desayuno que ofrecen es muy flojito, el café muy malo.

El hotel es muy bonito el desayuno está bastante bien ,el personal de recepción fue amabilísimo ,la única pega es el wifi que en nuestra habitación no era malo sino lo siguiente en nuestra habitación unos pequeños arreglos serían aconsejables ya que las paredes tenía grietas

El hotel es bonito, y el entorno también, pero falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones, y el jabón, el gel de baño, el champú, y las toallas son de muy baja calidad, el personal muy atento Y cordial,
