Mirabella is located within only a short distance to the beach, boat ramp and restaurants and is the perfect place to base your holiday on the Fleurieu Peninsula. This spacious holiday home has magnificent views over the bay and the Bluff. Only a short drive to the beach and local eateries.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.

Damage or breakages need to be reported and cost for repair will be charged to guest

Bins needs to be taken out on the appointed bin day

Doors and windows need to be locked upon departure

Leave the property in a neat and tidy condition upon departure
