Home is located 1.25 miles from Moonlight Beach in Encinitas. Built in 1933, this is quintessential beachy California. 1/2 acre completely fenced in, as well as a gated driveway. Dogs welcome. Pool. 4 beds, ONE and a HALF (1.5) bath. Great kitchen and tons of light. Shops, restaurants great hikes all within reach.
***Owner resides in the ADU on the rear of the property, please do not disturb***
