We spent most mornings drinking coffee in the porch while watching the beautiful sunrise. The location is quiet and the house was wonderfully stocked with any necessities we may have forgotten. April was very responsive with anything that came up. I would love to stay again and recommend this VRBO to any who may be interested

Outstanding experience!
We had a great time staying here! Most mornings were spent on the porch with a cup of coffee, watching the sun rise and deer and antelope graze in the yard. It was peaceful and quiet, just what we were hoping for!The house had a great layout with plenty of room for the kids to spread out and play while the adults relaxed and caught up. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals. The entire property was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The location was quiet but still close to several ORV trailheads, which made it easy to head out for a ride. The local goodies left for us were such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. If I were to note just one very small detail, the beds were a little softer than we prefer, but that’s just personal taste and certainly nothing to detract from the overall stay. The bedding was top-notch and there were lots of extras, so everyone still slept comfortably.Communication with the host was excellent! The check in process could have been easier. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions, clear, and super helpful. So friendly! All in all, this property is a true gem. Thank you, April and Chad, for such a peaceful, spacious, beautifully maintained property. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend it to others!

Amazing Mountain Getaway
This location is a dream come true for anyone who wants some quiet in the mountains, great access to a beautiful setting, an amazing house with fantastic owners/hosts!The location and setting is easy to access with truck and trailer, plenty of parking on site. We rode from the house everyday with the quads and RZR. So much to enjoy even if you are not into what we did.The house is incredibly built and laid out well for larger groups if that is the plan. But do not pass this up with a small group either. Beds are so comfortable, the house is very clean and stocked with all your needsThe owners Chad and April are fantastic! Great response on any needs, they made our stay feel very important to them. From helping out with information on the area, the welcome package and the clear requirements at the end of the stay, this couple is an amazing host! The house/property is top of the line, and make sure you try out the tree walk challenge in the forest along side the house! It is a great way to check your balance and burn of some smore's calories;-)
