写真と現実の差が大きすぎました。かなり古いです。特に部屋は掲載写真とは全く違います。また、布団がしけっており、気持ちが悪いです。写真のような露天風呂からの景色は一切ありません。ビュッフェはほとんど冷凍食品ですね。まだ待たされているステーキは硬く噛みきれません。温泉プリンと焼きたてアップルパイのみ美味しいです。あとは正直食べたいと思えないレベルでした。再度訪れることはないかと思います。

温泉♨️の泉質やシャワーは良かった。ただし脱衣場の換気扇は埃が落ちてきそうなくらい埃まみれだった。エレベーターや東館、西館への通路はエアコンが付いてないのかとても暑くて風呂上がりに部屋に戻る前に汗をかいた。喫煙所が駐車場の奥のみに有り従業員の視界にも入らないので女性の喫煙者が夜に1人で行くと怖いと思う。晩ご飯にせいろ蒸しが有ったがエアコンの風に吹かれ、固形燃料を3個使っても火が通らず、終了時間だと告げられ食べることが出来なかった。サラダやフルーツをもっと充実させてもらえると嬉しい。

宿泊客は少なかったのですが　どうせ空いているので景色のより部屋に案内してくれても良かったのではと思いました。　前が建物で何も見えない残念でした。部屋でWI-FIが使用できない。フロントへ聞いたら泊まった棟は電波が届きにくいとの事で和室への移動なら使えると言われたのですが荷ほどきをした後なので我慢しました。夜中にロスナイ換気扇が轟音を上げました。翌日フロントへその旨お伝えしましたが・・・・

まずまずだと思います。

設備はかなり古いですが、手入れがされてないわけではないので良いと思います。料理のバイキングは品数が多く満足できました。大浴場なのですがコロナ時期のため予約制になっていたのですが、守らずズカズカと入ってくる客が何人もいて大変不愉快でした。チェックインの時に説明はしっかりされてたので客側の問題なのですが、大部分の優良なお客様を不愉快にさせるシステムは改善した方がいいと思います。

施設は古く感じましたが、夕食は手作りのローストビーフや揚げたての天ぷらもあり美味しく頂けました。朝食も目の前で焼いたクロワッサンもあり大変満足でした。スタッフの皆さんも愛想良く、チェックアウトも12時と家族でゆっくり過ごせました。機会があれば、又宿泊したいです。

　　あまり設備が良くないです

　東館のツインルームでしたがエアコンの効きが悪くとても寒かったです。　バイキングの食事はまあまあでした。　浴室も一つしか無く少し残念でした。
