Freundliche Vermieter und schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung
Wir wurden freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus, in dem sich die Ferienwohnung befindet, ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Ort gibt es ein schönes Museum. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bäcker. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Leider noch Luft nach oben
Wir waren für 5 Nächte in der Wohnung. Sie entsprach den Bildern in der Anzeige, jedoch lies die Sauberkeit auf den 2. Blick zu wünschen übrig. Es ist sehr positiv, dass Wischeimer und Wischer vorhanden waren, aber es fehlten sämtliche Reinigungsmittel. Die Spülmaschine schreit nach Salz und Klarspüler und Gewürzte oder etwas Öl sucht man vergebens.
Wünschenswert wären auch Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und Balkontüren, damit man nicht von den Mücken zerstochen wird. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war leider nicht so schön. Wir schauten auf die Ecke mit den Mülltonnen, welche überfüllt waren und weshalb der Müll davor lag, und den zerstörten Sichtschultz.
Schön wäre auch, wenn ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele in der Wohnung wären. Einen Kinderhochstuhl oder Kinderbesteckt/Geschirr war leider auch nicht vorhanden.
Alles in allem ist noch Luft nach oben.

Ferienwohnung Hofwächter Emmelsbüll.
Sehr gut ausgestattetet Ferienwohnung.
Kritikpunkte:
-Fenster sehr schmutzig, ebenso der Balkon ungepflegt.
-Das Abluftsystem beider Bäder scheppert unangenehm
laut bei starkem Wind.
-Das Zahlendrehschloss für den Schlüssel war bei
Ankunft nicht verstellt, jeder hätte den Schlüssel
entnehmen können.
Abgesehen von den angesprochenen Mängeln, ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, kann man weiter empfehlen.

Kurzurlaub in Nordfriesland
Wir haben uns in der super ausgestatteten, hellen und modern/geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Schade fanden wir, dass es in näherer Umgebung zur Wohnung noch nicht mal einen Bäcker gab oder einen kleinen Kaufladen, wo man den vergessenen Ketchup für die Hotdogs hätte bekommen können, ohne bis nach Niebüll fahren zu müssen. Kurzum ohne fahrbaren Untersatz ist man in Emmelsbüll aufgeschmissen.
Der Kinderspielplatz am Ort glich einer Baustelle, der Weg zum Wasser ist recht weit und - zumindest für Kinder ziemlich unspektakulär. Zum Glück sind unsere Kinder schon groß ;) Mit kleinen Kindern wäre dieser Ort für uns nichts passendes gewesen.
Ein wenig unglücklich fanden wir die Unterbringung einer Truppe von Bauarbeiten auf Montage in benachbarten Wohnungen, die sich bis spät in den (Feier-)Abend sehr laut unterhalten haben, um uns dann am folgenden Morgen - sehr früh - mit lauten Gesprächen, Rufen, Hupen und Zigarettenqualm zu wecken. Für unseren sauer verdienten und teurer bezahlten Urlaub hat mich das ein wenig geärgert. Nun gut, Nachbarn kann man sich nicht aussuchen, da kann man wohl niemandem einen Vorwurf machen.
Alles in Allem hat es uns gut gefallen. Als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Untersuchungen in der Umgebung (Dagebüll/ Föhr/ Amrum/ Sebüll/ Dänemark etc.) war der Standort gut geeignet!

Kurztrip in Emmelsbüll
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Absolut ruhig, obwohl es ein Ferienhaus mit 17 Ferienwohnungen ist und direkt an der Ortshauptstrasse liegt, was leider in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wird. Schön großer Balkon mit reichlich Bestuhlung, fast schon zu viel, und einem Elektrogrill. In näherer Umgebung viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, z.B. Bahn nach Sylt, nach Flensburg oder Hamburg, Fähre nach Föhr und Amrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 12 km.
Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.
Gebrauchsspuren vom vorherigen Urlaubsgästen, schmutziges Geschirr, Balkonmöbel nicht zu gebrauchen. Leider gab es auch keine Möglichkeit, diese Mängel zu beseitigen, da weder Besen, Kehrblech, Staubsauger oder Putzzeug fehlen.
