This is a unique property that gives you a real "Montana experience." We loved that it felt like a home and not a rental. There was room for everyone to have space and to gather. The house was well stocked with the basics. We wish we had planned a day to just stay around the cabin. Just up the road is a petrified forest and a grizzly bear viewing site. You'll want to make sure you have a vehicle that handle a bumpy road & arrive during the day. We look forward to returning!

Excellent property, location, super comfy. Wildlife viewing and eye-glueing sunsets from front porch. Great location for fishing spots and Yellowstone Hot Springs. We'd definitely stay again, any season.

Great place!

Our family stayed here summer of 2022 when the big flood happened in Yellowstone. We were evacuated one day early but besides that the house was wonderful and everything we needed! Did have an issue when we first checked in with getting the wrong code and could not get a hold of anyone for about 30 minutes but they did apologize and we were able to enter after that. Due to our evacuation one day early we were given a refund for the last night which was very appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Terrible experience at a high price.

Incorrect code given for lockbox, so no key available to enter premises, per instruction. Kitchen counter stains. Food debris left in freezer. Food debris on kitchen floor. Stains in all toilets. Drinking glasses with leftover lipstick and mouth stains. Multiple spider webs throughout. Thousands of ants crawling on bedroom floors and kitchen/dining room floor; husband bought insect killer and applied onto exterior perimeter of cabin. Live rodent caught under kitchen bench during dinner. Dead rodent caught in trap prior to our stay under bed creating stench of decomposition. Multiple emails forwarded to managing company (via their business website and through the VRBO website) with no reply and no apology.
