Queens Court 3102 is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath First Floor Angled Oceanview Condo. Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa (Linens are NOT Provided for Sleeper Sofa) and a private Covered Deck with furniture. Bedroom has a King Bed.
Amenities: WiFi, 2 TVs, Basic Cable, Central Heat & Air, Interior Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and a Blender. Private Covered Deck with Deck Furniture.
Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more!
New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not provided), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only.
PARKING INFORMATION:
● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. ● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds made for Weekly stays.

Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Convenient to a really great beach. Surprised by how quiet the condo and property was especially since our stay was over the July 4th holiday. The pool was better than we expected. But, have your pool band on because the residents will confront you if it is not visible. Multiple old ladies approached us asking to see our pool band. I hid mine in my pocket just to have some fun with “Karen”. Last thing is the price is way too much for what it was. At least $800 too much in my opinion, but our trip was booked at the last minute so choices were so limited. We won’t book the place again because of the old ladies patrolling the pool and the crazy high price. Otherwise it would make a great retirement village. Just stay off My Grass!!
