We loved the property as soon as we drove up. The back yard is incredible the sounds of the stream and the way the wind dances through the trees. The main living area as well as the ground level floor were very spacious and well appointed. The furniture, decor, rocking chairs, and extra touches were greatly appreciated. All of the bathrooms are spacious and clean. This property will be hard to beat!

We had an absolute blast. The house and property are stunning with plenty of room to hang out and visit, play pool, sit in the river, and just recharge. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals in house, and when we needed to run to the store it was a quick trip back to town. We are planning to stay again, and can't wait to next time.

The property is very nice and definitely secluded. The creek was a huge hit for the kids. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. All the rooms have ample space and comfortable beds.Lots of room for our group of 15.The house's location is convenient to lots of activities in the area, as well as not too far away from Atlanta, Chattanooga, Helen, and Dahlonega

Nice short stay.

Very neat quiet property in nature with beautiful creek in backyard. All you need for vacation is available. And well managed and maintained. Two day stay was very short time for us. All wished we could’ve stayed more nights.

Beautiful river home

This stunning mountain home, on the river, was exactly how it was described. The home was incredibly beautiful, well built, well designed and lived completely up to if not better than the picture shown. We had a beautiful time as a family and enjoyed this home

Pictures online do not do this house justice .. surprising, I know! The property is absolutely amazing for guest of all ages! The creek was a huge hit with our kids and provided hours of entertainment! We can’t say enough good things about our stay!

Everything was wonderful!

The house and the property were perfect for our group of 8 women who get together every year (have done this for 47 years!). The fire pit was so nice; the porch with rockers was great; and the living spaces were comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

Spectacular house and spacious property

The home is exactly as featured on VRBO with plenty of room for a large family gathering. It has a spacious eating area inside and a large table on the screened patio. The other cabins are visible, but not too close for privacy. Had a great time with our grand children.

Wonderful Holiday stay

Beautiful home with plenty of space for the whole family. The only thing that made me uneasy was that the manager, Christy, was rude to me via messaging at the time of departure. I will accept my part in this beacause we do understand check out was at 11 and we were there till 11:20 tidying up and making sure we left the home as close to how we found it as possible. I received a message from Christy saying and I quote " The cleaners are there, are you leaving soon or what". We met a really kind gentleman named Chad as we were departing and he was very friendly and thanked us for our stay. He helped ease that bad interaction with Christy.

Great place for a family vacation

My family, including my husband, our two daughters, their husbands and 2 grandchildren under the age of 2 stayed at this beautiful cabin. Lots to do in the area and close to town for frequent grocery trips :) We received a list of local restaurants and places to visit prior to arrival which was very helpful. The cabin was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a great holiday stay. I would highly recommend.

Family celebration

We haven’t been together in 6 years. The home was perfect, allowing everyone a place to go when needing quiet time. The location was the best. We celebrated thanksgiving on Monday, Easter (with an egg hunt) on Tuesday and Christmas on Wednesday. We was looking forward to cold weather and wasn’t disappointed.

Family Memories

Great place to spend time with your family and enjoy the sounds of the great outdoors. The cabin is in a great location with many things to keep the kids and grandkids busy and entertained. So relaxing just sitting on the many porches and listening to the water falls. Would highly recommend.

Riverbend Family Time

Our large family was able to spread out and enjoy our time together fully. It was clearly built for that purpose. Well thought out floor plan, plenty of relaxing spots indoor and out. Fabulous trout stream adored by all. Excellence in appliance choices. Just loved our stay!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This house could not have been more perfect for our group. It's exactly as shown in pictures. Plenty of space to spread out. We had 14 people total and never felt cramped or in each other's way. There was so much to do in the house or on the property that we really didn't need to leave, however, we did visit a local winery that we enjoyed. We had 6 kids under 7 and they also stayed busy on the playground in the back yard or playing in the creek (that ended up more of a river, as we were there right after Hurricane Helene, which thankfully didn't cause any damage in this area that we saw)! We ate all of our meals at the house and found the kitchen to be very adequately stocked. We loved the bottom level of the house for watching football games and playing pool. The towels by the door for the hot tub was a nice touch. The children that slept in the bunk room thoroughly enjoyed that - especially having their own little light on each of the top bunks. I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed this house and our stay there, so we would absolutely recommend this to others and we hope to come back for another weekend getaway here soon!
